We are very proud of our maintainence staff, if anything is ever wrong in your apartment please let us know and we will get someone over as quickly as we can to take care of it.
You can do this by simply clicking the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page, we will be e-mailed and type up the work order for you. If you would prefer you can also call the office at any time and let us know what issue you are having! | |
| If you ever need to contact us and the office is closed you can call our answering service at (979) 731-1600, they will contact one of our staff immediatly for any emergency situation and would be more than happy to inform us of any other concerns upon opening in the morning. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns you may have! | |

We are proud at Crescent Pointe to support the GO GREEN initiative and to make positive changes so our children will inherit a world worthy of their future. We are converting our paper communication to electronic mail/email to reduce the wasted paper, flyers, messages and mail sent to our residents. This program requires us to collect your email address for all future communications. With a problem so big, here is a way you can help make a difference!
